Global Surf Travels is operated by Schut Enterprises Inc. References to “Global Surf Travels,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these terms refer to Schut Enterprises Inc.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, submitting an inquiry, or booking travel through us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. What we do

We are a travel advisory and booking service specializing in surf travel. We plan itineraries and arrange reservations with independent third-party suppliers, including resorts, boat and charter operators, airlines, ground transport, guides, and insurance providers. We act as an intermediary between you and those suppliers; we do not own or operate them.

3. Quotes and pricing

We do not publish pricing on this website. All pricing is quoted individually based on dates, availability, party size, and supplier rates, and remains an estimate until confirmed in writing and secured by the required deposit. Quotes may change due to supplier availability, currency fluctuation, taxes, fuel surcharges, or fees outside our control.

4. Payments

We do not collect or store credit card or bank account numbers. Deposits and final payments are made directly to the supplier, host agency, or a third-party payment processor, under their terms. Failure to pay by a supplier's deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation and loss of deposit.

5. Supplier terms, changes, and cancellations

Each booking is governed by the terms and conditions of the applicable supplier, including their deposit, change, cancellation, refund, and no-show policies. Those terms are provided to you before booking and take precedence over general expectations. Surf charters and remote resorts commonly require non-refundable deposits and have strict cancellation windows. Any service fee charged by us is separate from supplier payments and is non-refundable once planning work has begun.

6. Travel documents and eligibility

You are responsible for valid passports, visas, entry and transit requirements, vaccinations, and any consent or authorization documents required for minors. We may provide general guidance, but requirements change and final responsibility rests with the traveler.

7. Travel insurance

Travel insurance, including medical and emergency evacuation coverage, is strongly recommended for all trips and may be required by certain suppliers. Declining coverage is at your own risk.

8. Assumption of risk

Surfing, boat travel, and remote-destination travel involve inherent risks including injury, illness, reef and marine hazards, weather, equipment failure, and limited access to medical care. You participate voluntarily and assume those risks for yourself and any travelers in your party.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Schut Enterprises Inc. is not liable for any loss, injury, delay, damage, or expense caused by third-party suppliers or by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, swell conditions, mechanical issues, strikes, government action, or force majeure. Our total liability arising from our services will not exceed the service fees you paid directly to us.

10. Website content and submissions

Site content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Photos, videos, and property details you submit through our forms remain yours; by submitting them you grant us permission to review them and, where you have indicated consent, to use them in marketing materials with appropriate credit.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Schut Enterprises Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: trips@globalsurftravels.com
